An independent travel journal
Parkverie is an independent personal travel journal, unaffiliated with or endorsed by the National Park Service, Travel Stamps, America’s National Parks, Eastern National and its Passport To Your National Parks® program, or similarly named services. Digital journals, artwork and stamps are souvenirs, not travel documents, admission passes or official stamps. Park names identify destinations.
Your content and permission
You retain your existing rights. By uploading, you confirm that you have necessary copyright, likeness and privacy permissions and grant the operator a non-exclusive license only as needed to store, process, display and share the content as you choose. This does not authorize separate sale of your photos or advertising use. Deletion stops new display, subject to normal cleanup, copies already lawfully downloaded and legally required retention.
Community rules
Do not upload infringing, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive or otherwise unlawful content. Do not impersonate people, send repeated unwanted invitations, bypass access controls or scrape private records. Tag genuine companions and respect withdrawal and blocking. The operator may restrict or remove violating content or accounts; appeals can be sent through support.
Sharing and service scope
Check notes, photos and companions before sharing or exporting. Recipients may retain or forward files, so sent copies cannot be guaranteed retractable. This trial does not promise permanent storage; export important memories regularly. Features and park information may change or be inaccurate; verify trips with official NPS notices. The app is not a real-time safety, navigation or emergency service. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit excluding.
Age, updates and complaints
You must be at least 16 and able to accept these terms. Material updates require renewed acceptance. Report copyright or privacy concerns with the relevant page, a description of your rights and contact details. The operator will review and act under applicable law; false statements may carry consequences.
